You're in the right place if...
-
You think a lot, but struggle to connect to your inner world.
-
You tend to overly adapt yourself to others, put their needs before your own, or struggle to set boundaries.
-
You’re a perfectionist, very hard on yourself, or regularly find yourself self-sabotaging even when you know what you want.
-
Your thoughts spiral. You anticipate, analyse, catastrophise and ruminate.
-
You sometimes feel anxious, constantly on alert and hypervigilant… or, on the contrary, completely disconnected, apathetic or without motivation.
-
Experiences from your past, or trauma, continue to affect you.
Behind the Atelier
I'm Melissa, a psychosocial counsellor, couples therapist and supervisor, accredited by the SGfB in Switzerland and a member of the BACP in the UK.
For several years, I’ve supported people who want to better understand their emotional world, break out of repetitive patterns, and recover from difficult or traumatic experiences.
My approach is grounded in offering a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space. I draw on the PCA (Person-Centred Approach), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), attachment theory, and somatic and systemic approaches.

Supervision
A space to reflect on your practice
Supervision is a space to step back, reflect on your practice and explore what is happening within the therapeutic relationship.
The supervision model I use pays attention to different dimensions of the therapeutic relationship: the client, the practitioner, the relationship between them, and the wider contexts influencing it.
